Someone New Is Joining The Family.

I have been very lucky to be able to add a young bitch to our family, huge thanks to Lisa and Willow.  Her name is Ziva, a tan and white bitch from Quincerhound Oreo Bark a stunning young man owned and bred by Christine who shows my girls.  If you want to look Ziva up she is Willows Freda Hatun Among Lilleagle (be patient with the KC, I have only just requested name change etc).  I have always wanted a tan and white but finding the right one is not as easy as it first seems.  The colouring is like our first Basset Hound, Rolf and this excites my Son William very much!  So much has been going on here in the house and not a lot of showing.  Lilly had a season last year and we plan to have a litter from her this year, season permitting of course.  This means she has had one clear season following her last litter.  Chevron has yet to come into season.  Whilst is it great for new owners to have bitches that come into season very rarely, it does make it tricky for me to be able to plan litters.  But thank you to those that have joined my waiting list, I appreciate all the time I spend on the phone with you and will make contact once Lilly comes into season.  I will post pictures of young Ziva shortly.

I am now an Assured Breeder.

The Kennel Club is UKAs accredited to certify me, as an Assured Breeder, against the
requirements of its Assured Breeder Scheme.

The Kennel Club is the only organisation accredited by the United Kingdom
Accreditation Service (UKAS) to certify dog breeders, under the Kennel Club Assured
Breeder Scheme. This means that the Kennel Club is recognised as an impartial
and competent inspector by the government’s sole national accreditation body. This
gives the puppy buying public additional confidence that as a Kennel Club Assured
Breeder, I am committed to meeting and maintaining high standards for caring for
the health and welfare of their puppies and breeding bitches, and are the best point
of contact for buying a healthy, happy puppy.

    Showing is back open!

I’m very excited to be preparing for a show at last.  Chevron’s first show will be on 27th June 2021.  Christine, from Quincerhound Beagles will be handling her in the show ring.  I will be practicing very hard this month and hope Chevron doesn’t roll too many times in fox poo!

    Website launch

After a lot of thought we decided to have another litter from Lilly, when she decides to come into season.  This time we will be using a Quincerhound stud dog who throws tan and white puppies.  Plan is to expand the line and have  a beautiful tan and white bitch for the future.  This huge decision has encouraged me to pursue the Kennel Club Assured Breeder status, which, due to Covid restrictions last year meant I couldn’t attain – no assessments were being carried out.  From this, I thought it would be best to create a website for the Lilleagle Beagles.

Here is a little snapshot and info on Quincerhound Oreo Bark.
